ELIZABETH TOWNSHIP Elizabeth Township Recreation Survey Elizabeth Township is considering developing an indoor and outdoor recreation facility possibly on land situated in Round Hill County Park. The Allegheny County Parks Comprehensive Plan recommended conducting a Feasibility Study for the development of a complex in the park, and; although the Township is taking the lead to conduct this study, the County endorses the concept. It is the Township’s intention to partner with the County, especially the Allegheny County Parks Department on this project, provided a complex is deemed feasible. Please use the link CITIZEN SURVEY on the left side of the page to take the survey, most residents will receive a survey by mail and can wait and submit the survey by mail.
